indian curry anyone?….
food May 21st, 2009after an emotional turmoil the other night, today, i want to lighten up my mood. so against my traditional weekday menu, i decided to cook curry for lunch. i read this recipe on the net few months ago. the hubby and the little one seems to be taking a taste to indian curry. i had indian chicken curry before and believed me, it was a gatronomic experience. mine doesn’t come close to an authentic one, but i am happy with it. what better way to improve the flavor than to cook it once a week,. i usually prepare it weekend (saturday)and hence named the day, curry day…..

go to your nearest indian resto and give it a try, girlfriend! if you love a dozen or so of spices in your food you will love it.it is an acquired taste, most of my friends wouldn’t have it mainly because the spices are overwhelming and a warning..it is hot.make sure to find out if it is mild, moderate or extremely hot….

Oh my, Kuracha…that looks really good! I love the color -you did a good job with the photo, girl! I love curry, but I did not know that there is such a thing as Indian curry, I thought it’s all the same. I eat at Indian restos -Poorva and her hubby takes us out occasionally, I need to try their Indian curry. Your sauce looks thick -it’s making my mouth water! I’m a sucker for sauce in the rice! Hehe. I love the sweetness of young corn. Keep ‘em coming, girlfriend! Yummm!
